摘要：A catheter (10) is described to provide perfusion while a body vessel is beingblocked by the catheter (10) for angioplasty treatment. Intake apertures (38; 136)

located upstream and ejection apertures (36; 38a) located downstream are constructedwith one-way valves (60, 70; 70a, 160) that permit the upstream apertures (38; 136) toonly take fluid into the catheter (10), and the downstream apertures (36; 38a) only toeject fluid from the catheter (10). A pump (18) cooperates with the one-way valves (60;70; 70a; 160) to eject the drawn in aliquot (0) without having to circulate the body fluidoutside of the body vessel.
