This instruction specifies the procedure of inspection for fabrication materials.

2. 检查程序

Inspection procedure

2.1 材料检查由品质部材料检查员负责。材料检查员应熟悉有关材料技术

规范、标准及合同的特殊要求。

Inspector of QA Dept is in charge of the material inspection. The

inspector shall be familiar with the relative spec、standard and special conditions of the contract.

2.2 材料到达公司后，采购部采购员填写“材料验收入库申请单”，连同

钢厂材料质量证明书交材料检查员。

Upon receipt of the materials, the purchaser shall write

“Material Receiving Examination Application Form”, and give it to inspector together with Certificate Of Compliance. 2.3 材料检查员应核对材料质量证明书，确保炉批号、规格、材质等与“材

料验收入库申请单”相符，并对材料进行表面质量及尺寸（直径、厚度等）检查。

The inspector shall check the Certificate Of Compliance, make

sure that the lot number、size、material spec, etc complies with “Material Receiving Examination Application Form”, and execute inspection for material surface and dimension (diameter、thickness, etc)

若材料需补充进行机械性能、化学或金相分析：

1) 材料检查员应负责取样。取样时，试样和取样部位都应作好标记，以利追查，随后将试样交理化人员进行试验。

The inspector shall in charge of sampling. Mark on the parts to be tested and sampled to have traceability when sampling, and give the specimen to analyst to be tested.

2) 试验结束后，材料检查员负责取回“原材料试验报告”。若试验合格，将数据填入“材料验收入库申请单”相应栏目，交采购员入库。

After completion of test, the inspector shall take “Material Test Report” back. If the material is qualified, fill the data in the blank of “Material Receiving Examination Application Form”, give it to the purchaser. 3) 若某项数据不合格，材料检查员负责取双倍试样，补做该项目试样。此时，只有当双倍试样都合格时，才可判为合格，并按2.5条规定执行。

If some data are disqualified, the inspector shall doubly resample it. It is deemed qualified only when the doubly specimen is passed, and executed in accordance with Term 2.5. 4) 若双倍试样中有一项仍不合格，则该试样判为不合格。材料检查员应填写“不一致品报告单”，按不一致品的有关规定执行。 If one of the doubly sampling is disqualified, the specimen will be deemed as to be disqualified. The inspector shall write “nonconformity report”, execute according to the relative stipulation for nonconformity.

2.5 材料验收入库后，材料检查员应确认材料标记，发料时，材料检查员

After the material is accepted and stored, the inspector

shall confirm the material mark, when distribution, the inspector shall check if “Materials Issuance Sheet” is in 3

compliance with the material. 合格标准

Criterion of acceptability

材料验收按ASME规范、技术文件及合同文本的有关规定执行。 Criterion of acceptability should be executed according to the

relative stipulation of ASME Code、technical information and contract documents.
