Leadership is a super important thing, like when you are the leader, you have to be responsible and make good decisions. I think a good leader should be kind, fair and a good listener too. One time, I was the leader of my group in school. We had to do a project about animals and I had to make sure everyone was doing their part. I listened to what my friends had to say and we worked together to make a really cool project. It was so much fun to be the leader and help my friends too.
