  31Si2MnCrMOVE钢的冶炼工艺及综合性能评价    邹吉权1,2,荆洪阳1,霍立兴1

    (1.天津大学材料科学与工程学院,天津 300072;2.天津职业大学机电工程与自动化学院,天津 300402)摘要:31Si2MnCrMOVE钢是用于航天固体火箭发动机的超高强度钢.鉴于国内31Si2MnCrMoVE钢的生产现状及装备条件,提出了一种冶炼工艺,即“电弧炉偏心炉底出钢、钢包精炼、真空脱气和电渣重熔”.对于采用新冶炼工艺生产的31si2MncrMoVE钢,通过金相组织分析、化学成分、常规力学性能、延性断裂韧度以及表面裂纹断裂韧度测试,各项指标均符合相关标准,表明该工艺可行.从而使该钢种在没有双真空冶炼设备的情况下得以生产,以降低成本,缩短生产周期.

               Smelting Process of 31Si2MnCrMoVE Steel and                    Comprehensive Performance Evaluation

Electromechanical and Automation School, Tianjin Professional College, Tianjin 300402, China)Abstract: 31Si2MnCrMoVE is a kind of ultra-high strength steel for aerospace solid rocket motor. A new smel-ting process for 31Si2MnCrMoVE steel namely eccentric bottom tapping( EBT), ladle furnace (LF) , vacuum de-gasification (VD),and electroslag remelting(ESR) is proposed according to the current producing conditionand equipment. Through the microstrncture analysis, the chemical compositions testing, the mechanical proper-ties, ductile fracture toughness and surface-crack fracture toughness testing, the index arms proved to meet therelated standards, showing the practicability of the technology. With the new technology, the 31Si2MnCrMoVEsteel can be produced without double vacuum metallurgy for cost and cycle reduction.Keywords: ultra-high strength steel; smelting process; fracture toughness
