Dear schoolmates,

I am writing this letter to call on everyone to value time.As the saying goes “Time is money”. In my opinion, time is much more valuable than money. The reason is that when time is gone, it will never come back.

But lots of students don’t value time. They spend much time in doing such meaningless things as playing computer games, playing cards and watching TV. They don’t realize that wasting time is equal to wasting their valuable life.

In my point of view, as students, what we should do first is study hard and acquire knowledge. Therefore we must spend most of our time studying so as to gain knowledge to realize our ideals.

Everybody, please don’t put off what we should do today till tomorrow. Let’s make good use of time from now on!
