以淘宝网为例浅析电子商务诚信体系的构建 内容摘要

鉴于诚信建设对电子商务发展的重要影响，本文运用文献分析法、案例分析法及调研分析法等，对电子商务诚信建设进行研究。首先，通过对国内外相关研究成果的介绍，明确电子商务卖家诚信的基本概念及构建意义，并结合电子商务平台诚信建设现状分析非诚信行为的表现和危害。其次，分析电子商务平台卖家诚信建设存在的缺陷，并对其形成原因进行系统分析。最后，针对电子商务平台卖家诚信建设发展的主要性因素，制定促进电子商务平台诚信建设发展的对策，以期能够在一定程度上促进电子商务平台诚信建设发展。
