Key words:double and compact cold—rolling mill;start rolling;stip rbreakage;rolling force;tension 信息园地 烧结烟气脱硫技术(二) 4)离子液法采用离子液作为吸收剂,在常温下吸收 二氧化硫,高温下将离子液中的二氧化硫再生出来,从而 达到脱除和回收烟气中SO 的目的。该工艺于2007年开 始在国内尝试应用,尚处于起步阶段。该工艺基本上不 产生二次污染,副产品(浓硫酸)具有较高回收价值和良 好的市场前景,但也存在设备腐蚀、堵塞、酸雾、离子液稀 释、能源消耗量大等问题。 5)循环流化床法是干法脱硫技术,具有耗水、耗电 6)活性炭吸附法脱硫、脱硝、去除二恶英的效果较 好,脱硫产物可以进一步收集和二次利用。但该方法投 资、运行成本高,硫资源、回收处理等系统复杂。 7)MEROS法是奥钢联针对烧结厂烟气开发的干法 废气净化工艺,按照用户要求和现场条件,可以选择两种 脱硫剂,即小苏打或者熟石灰。该工艺在高效脱除硫氧 化物的同时,还能除去烧结烟气中的粉尘、有害重金属及 有机物成分(二恶英和呋喃等)和其他酸性气体等。目前 已有两套MEROS装置在奥钢联林茨烧结厂运行,副产 品脱硫渣采用与水泥固化后填埋的措施。 量小,占地面积小和运行费用低,基本不存在防腐问题等 优点,同时可以预留添加活性焦去除二恶英的接口,还可 通过选择性脱硫和“多机一塔”降低脱硫投资,适于缺少 建设场地的老旧烧结装备的改造。 (摘自2009—12.08< ̄-g界金属导报》) 37
